📲 What's an installed app (PWA)?
A PWA (Progressive Web App) lets you install PacklistPRO straight from your browser — no App Store or Play Store needed. You get a real app icon on your home screen, it opens full-screen like a native app, works offline for pages you've already opened, and can send you notifications. It uses no background battery — it's only active when you open it.
📱 iPhone & iPad
- Open PacklistPRO in Safari (on iPhone, only Safari can install apps).
- Tap the Share button (the square with an ↑ arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top-right corner.
- Open the new icon from your home screen — and allow notifications if asked.
🤖 Android
- Open PacklistPRO in Chrome.
- Tap the menu (⋮ in the top-right).
- Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
- Tap Install to confirm.
- Open the new icon from your home screen — and allow notifications if asked.
