📮 Login First If You Want a Reply
Anonymous submissions are welcome, but they aren't attached to any account. That
means an anonymous message never appears in your
Contact Us Log, and you can't go
back and edit it.
Login first and your message is tied to you: it shows up in the log with its status,
your saved email and phone are pre-filled, and you can revise the wording or the
priority afterwards.
Staying anonymous? Set Expecting a Reply to Yes, please and
type an email or phone number, or we have no way to reach you at all.
🔗 Links Can Silence Your Report
A comment containing a link to any site other than ours is auto-flagged as
spam. It's still saved, but no alert is sent, so it may sit unread for a long
time.
If your report is about an outside page, describe it in words or attach a
screenshot rather than pasting the URL.
📎 Screenshots beat prose for bugs. Drag and drop works. Images only
(jpg, png, gif, webp, bmp, tiff, heic), max 10 files, 10 MB each,
20 MB total. Renaming a non-image to .jpg won't sneak through: we check the
file's real contents and drop it silently.
⚡ Urgency Is the One That Acts
Urgency → Urgent is the only setting on this form that changes what happens.
It puts your item on a recurring alert that keeps reminding us until it's closed.
Importance is recorded and shown to us, but it doesn't trigger anything. So
use Urgent for something genuinely blocking you, not for everything.
💡 Tips
- Best bug reports say three things: what you did, what happened, what you
expected.
- Signed in, you can reopen a submission from the
Contact Us Log and edit its comment,
type, urgency, and importance.
- Security Issue reaches us privately. Use it for anything you'd rather not
post in public.
- Roughly 10 submissions an hour, counted per account and per network.
