What you'll see 🌄 Big views🏛️ Historic site

A walk through the red timber buildings of the Kennecott copper mill, abandoned in 1938.

Tips
The fourteen-storey mill building is the largest wooden structure of its kind still standing. Ranger and concession tours go inside; on your own you can only walk the exteriors. Reached by shuttle from the McCarthy footbridge.
